MLAs from Warangal Meet CM Revanth Reddy to Discuss Key Issues
A group of MLAs from the united Warangal district met Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in Hyderabad on Tuesday. The delegation was led by former Deputy CM and Station Ghanpur MLA Kadiyam Srihari. Other members included MLAs Revuri Prakash Reddy, Gandra Satyanarayana Rao, K.R. Nagaraju, Ramchandra Naik, Mamidala Yasaswini Reddy, and PCC Vice President Dommati Sambayya. The meeting, described as a courtesy call, focused on discussing important developmental projects for the region.
The leaders urged the CM to speed up the construction of the super specialty hospital in Warangal. They requested its early inauguration to ensure better medical services for the district’s residents. Additionally, they raised concerns about a dumping yard located between Rampur and Madikonda villages. They highlighted the severe air and water pollution caused by the yard, along with the hardships faced by nearby villagers due to excessive smoke. The delegation appealed to the CM to relocate the dumping yard immediately.
Another pressing issue discussed was the need for a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the planned underground drainage system in Greater Warangal. The MLAs emphasized the importance of preparing the report and starting the project without delay. They also pushed for the preparation of estimates and the speedy initiation of work on the Warangal Outer Ring Road.
The Chief Minister responded positively to these requests and took immediate action by instructing relevant officials over the phone. To monitor progress, he also scheduled a review meeting on January 31 to assess the construction of the super specialty hospital.
The MLAs expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the CM for his quick and positive response. They thanked Revanth Reddy for his proactive approach toward addressing the region’s challenges and promoting development in Warangal.
