    Shadnagar: MLA Highlights Efforts to Improve Medical Services

    Shadnagar MLA Veerlapalli Shankar emphasized that the Congress government is committed to improving medical services for the public. He shared this message during a key event in the constituency on Wednesday.

    The MLA, accompanied by Deputy DMHO Dr. Vijayalakshmi, inaugurated two new 108 ambulances. These ambulances, sanctioned by the government, will serve the Nandigama and Chowdari Guda mandals. Speaking at the event, Veerlapalli Shankar stated that the government allocated nearly Rs 24 lakh to procure these ambulances to assist during medical emergencies.

    He highlighted the critical role ambulances play in saving lives and encouraged people to make use of the 108 emergency services. Additionally, the MLA stressed the need to provide high-quality medical care, especially to underprivileged individuals visiting government hospitals.

    Several notable figures attended the event, including Market Committee Chairman Sulochana Krishna Reddy, Vice Chairman Babar Khan, Health Educator Srinivas, 108 District Manager Srikanth, Supervisor Rajababu, and other leaders and officials.
