MLA Sunitha | Yadadri Bhuvanagiri: The Telangana government has been instrumental in bringing light to the lives of tribal communities with various welfare programs and innovative initiatives. MLA Sunitha hailed the Telangana government for its efforts in improving the lives of tribal communities through innovative programs and developmental activities. As part of the Telangana Formation Day celebrations, MLA Sunitha attended the Girijan festival held in Pilligundla village of Bommala Ramaram Mandal, where she was the chief guest. In this context, she performed poojas according to the Girijan tradition by wearing a floral garland and expressed her gratitude.
During the event, Sunitha spoke about the significant contribution made by tribal communities over the years and praised Chief Minister KCR for valuing their self-esteem and recognizing their rights. She also mentioned that the TRS government has implemented several programs to promote the development and well-being of tribal communities. Today, the tribals are excelling in the fields of education, employment, business, and politics, she added. She acknowledged the efforts of the TRS government in working towards the welfare of tribals.
The recognition of tribes as gram panchayats in Hyderabad city and other important regions is a testament to the substantial empowerment and influence that Chief Minister KCR has provided to them. Sunitha emphasized that the government’s various programs in areas like education, employment, and sports are aimed at improving the lives of tribals and enhancing their self-esteem. She stated that the recognition given by the government encourages them to contribute to the nation’s progress.
Sunitha appreciated the construction of Banjara Bhavan in Nallagonda district by the TRS government, which serves as a symbol of pride for the Banjara community. She mentioned that by providing opportunities and support, Chief Minister KCR has shown his commitment to taking care of our community. With the unity and cooperation of communities like the tribes, Sunitha emphasized the importance of working together with parties beyond party lines for the overall development of the underprivileged sections of society.
