A 2K run programme was held in Shadnagar, organised by the police department and led by Assistant Commissioner of Police CH Kushalkar. The event was attended by public representatives, officials, youth, and women. MLA Y Anjaiah Yadav was the chief guest and praised the police force for their dedication and support during the Telangana movement. He acknowledged the importance of a peaceful environment for the state’s development and recognised the police’s role in upholding law and order.
The MLA also highlighted improvements in the police department, including the assignment of multiple CIs and DSPs to each constituency, which has led to more efficient governance. The event was attended by senior leaders and representatives from various organisations, showcasing their appreciation for the invaluable contribution of the police force in maintaining peace and security.
