    Hyderabad: Minister D Sridhar Babu has expressed deep concern over the murder of Congress leader Ganga Reddy in Jagtial. He assured that the case will be thoroughly investigated and that anyone involved, whether directly or indirectly, will face consequences.

    Speaking at Gandhi Bhavan on Wednesday, Sridhar Babu said he had already spoken with the district Superintendent of Police (SP) to ensure swift action. He mentioned that Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) Chief has also been in contact with senior Congress leader Jeevan Reddy to discuss the situation. Sridhar Babu plans to speak with Jeevan Reddy personally as well.

    The Minister emphasized the importance of Jeevan Reddy within the Congress party, saying, “Jeevan Reddy is one of our most senior leaders, and we deeply value his contributions. We will continue to benefit from his experience and leadership.” He also reassured that the party fully supports the family of Ganga Reddy during this difficult time.

    Sridhar Babu condemned the use of violence in politics, stating, “There is no place for murder politics in a democracy.”
