    Nizamabad: Foundation Laid for Double Road Construction at Dharpalli Mandal

    Roads and Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, along with local MLA Dr. R. Bhupathi Reddy and District Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu, initiated the construction of a double road worth Rs 8 crore at Dharpalli Mandal Centre on Friday. After the ceremony, the minister attended a meeting at the old Guradi Reddy Sangham.

    During his first visit to Dharpalli Mandal, Minister Venkat Reddy received a warm welcome from local leaders and village committee members. They greeted him with shawls and garlands as a gesture of respect.

    In his speech, the minister expressed gratitude to the people for electing Dr. Bhupathi Reddy, whom he praised as a dedicated doctor, as their MLA. He assured the public that Rs 250 crore would be allocated in the budget for rural development, fulfilling the MLA’s request.

    The minister also made key announcements during the event. He stated that Indiramma houses would be inaugurated on Sonia Gandhi’s birthday and that Rs 5 lakh would be provided to those with their own land. Additionally, he highlighted that foundation stones were laid for projects worth Rs 30 crore in Indalwai and Dharpalli Mandals.

    Minister Venkat Reddy took the opportunity to criticize KCR, claiming that Telangana’s statehood was achieved because of Sonia Gandhi’s efforts, not KCR’s alleged “fake fasts.” He further accused KCR of building the Kaleshwaram project for financial commissions, emphasizing his dissatisfaction with the project’s intention.
