    Minister Inaugurates Modernized School Buildings in Singotam Village

    Minister Jupally Krishna Rao inaugurated newly modernized primary and Zilla Parishad High School (ZPHS) buildings in Singotam village, Kollapoor Mandal. These buildings were upgraded with a special fund of ₹40 lakh. Speaking at the event, the minister emphasized the important role parents play in their children’s education. He reminded everyone that education begins at home, with parents acting as the first teachers, and stressed their involvement is crucial for children’s overall growth.

    The minister assured that the government is committed to improving education in government schools. He mentioned ongoing efforts to modernize infrastructure and enhance basic facilities. Furthermore, he spoke about the need to instill cultural values and discipline in students alongside academics. Minister Jupally also encouraged students to use technology wisely. During the event, he interacted directly with parents and students to understand their needs and to gather suggestions for improving educational standards.

    As an immediate step, the minister announced funds to provide English newspapers and dictionaries to students in all high schools across the constituency. He also proposed installing solar power plants for every household in Singotam village using funds from Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This project aims to meet the electricity needs of households while also providing an additional monthly income of ₹3,000 per family.

    The event saw the participation of District Collector Badavath Santosh, DEO Ramesh Kumar, local officials, school principals, parents, teachers, and students. The community welcomed the announcements and expressed their appreciation for the government’s efforts to improve education and infrastructure in the region.
