    Hyderabad: The Telangana government, which is successfully implementing development and welfare programs in the state, has been praised by Union Minister for Panchayati Raj and Rural Development, Giriraj Singh. It has been announced that more such programs will be launched. They appreciated the efforts in rural development and the program for rural eradication.

    On Sunday, a review was conducted at the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR) office in Rajendranagar on the programs of Panchayati Raj and Rural Development. In this context, officials urged the authorities to focus on transforming villages into green villages. It was stated that priority should be given to horticulture programs in rural development. They emphasized the need to address issues without causing inconvenience to the villages. They also announced that this program should be launched in the first best Panchayats. They suggested focusing on livelihoods in rural eradication.

    In order to empower women in agriculture and other sectors, they suggested implementing measures to enhance their income. For this purpose, the Rural Development Department, Stree Nidhi, and SERP have been asked to take ownership. Panchayati Raj and Rural Development Principal Secretary Sandeep Kumar Sultania, Panchayati Raj Director Hanumantaravu, and Rural Development Special Commissioner Prasad and others attended these programs.
