Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao said that the sacrifices of the martyrs were crucial in the development of Telangana state. Speaking at the commemoration ceremony of the Amaravirulu Remembrance Day held at the Janagama district collectorate as part of the culmination of the Telangana Formation Decade Celebrations, Minister Errabelli paid tribute to the martyrs. He highlighted the progress and welfare schemes implemented in the past 9 years, which have made Telangana an ideal state in the country. He informed the collector that priority should be given to the families of martyrs in various government welfare schemes such as housing loans for home improvement, Dalit bond, BC loans, and other schemes.
Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao stated that the Telangana Formation Decade Celebrations have been successfully organized to celebrate the achievements of the state in a festive atmosphere. He mentioned that after the formation of Telangana, Chief Minister KCR has been ruling like a Mahatma Gandhi in the field of independent entrepreneurship. Minister Errabelli offered prayers at the Amaravirulu monument before inaugurating the newly constructed Telangana Amaravirulu Stupa. He felicitated the entrepreneurs who have excelled in the Malidas Udyamam. Speaking on this occasion, Minister Errabelli requested everyone to sacrifice for the betterment of the state if a separate state is desired and also acknowledged that this was made possible by Chief Minister KCR. He informed that the Telangana government stands with the families of Amaravirulu and has provided a double bedroom house for Shrikantachari’s family. He also mentioned that a auditorium named after Shrikantachari will be constructed in Gollapalli.
In Devapur village of Gollapalli Mandal in Janagama district, Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao paid tribute to the statue of Srikanthachari, an eminent Amarudu (martyr) of the Telangana movement. He offered floral tributes wearing a traditional pancha. Subsequently, he unveiled the newly constructed Telangana Amaravirulu Stupa. Minister Errabelli honored the entrepreneurs who have excelled in the Malidas Udyamam. Speaking on this occasion, Minister Errabelli expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister KCR for providing opportunities to local institutions at the right time as MPTC.
In Gollapalli, the construction of a permanent auditorium named after Srikanthachari was also announced.
