    The Chairman Emeritus of Dollar Industries, Dindayal Gupta, had his biography called “A Million Dollar Smile” released by Acharya Devrat, the Hon’ble Governor of Gujarat. The book was written by Pradeep Gooptu and published by Rupa Publications. The event had many special guests, including Suresh Chandra, President of Sarvadeshik Arya Pratinidhi Sabha, and Swami Pranwanand, Dean of Gurkul, Delhi Gautam Nagar.

    Din Dayal Gupta has been the Chairman Emeritus of Dollar Industries for over 50 years. He came from a humble background and created Dollar Industries Limited in 1972. The company has grown and is now a leading manufacturer of hosiery and apparel. The book talks about his journey and how he became successful despite the challenges he faced.

    The book launch started with a dance recital by Tanushree Shankar’s Dance Troupe. There was also an audio-visual presentation on the life and times of Din Dayal Gupta. The book costs Rs 595/- and is available in bookstores and online platforms.

    Din Dayal Gupta hopes that his biography will remind people how important it is to be flexible and open to change as they continue in life.
