    Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd (MEIL) filed a complaint in the Hyderabad cybercrime station about negative comments spreading on social media. An employee named S Visweswar Rao made the complaint, leading to an investigation by the cybercrime station.

    The complaint mentioned that harmful comments about PV Krishna Reddy, the Managing Director of MEIL, were circulating on platforms like WhatsApp. These comments accused Reddy of unethical practices in obtaining projects in Telangana and other states. The accusations included corruption, financial manipulation, and collaboration with fugitives from the USA.

    In response to the complaint, the police started looking into the matter and planned to take action against those responsible for the offensive posts. The complainant requested the removal of the harmful content from social media as well.
