Rangareddy district officials, led by District Collector Harish, recently held a meeting to address the issue of seasonal diseases that come with the monsoon rains. The meeting aimed to raise awareness about preventive measures and precautions to avoid diseases like dengue, malaria, chikungunya, toxic fevers, and encephalitis.
During the meeting, Harish stressed the importance of being prepared for potential outbreaks of these diseases. He emphasized that it was crucial to raise awareness about preventive measures in order to effectively combat these ailments. As a result, he outlined a series of key measures that should be implemented throughout the district.
One of the measures he highlighted was the need for regular sanitation programs in municipal towns and villages. Harish also emphasized the importance of eliminating potential breeding grounds for mosquitoes by using oil balls in areas where water is stored and conducting fogging operations.
