    Rangareddy:
    In response to an increase in seasonal diseases, Rangareddy District Collector C Narayan Reddy made a surprise visit to the Community Health Care Center in Maheshwaram on Tuesday. The purpose of the visit was to check the quality of services being provided to patients at the center.

    He was accompanied by Medical Officer Saidulu and MPDO Shailaja Reddy. During the visit, the Collector inspected various sections of the hospital, including the dialysis center, outpatient block, maternity ward, X-ray room, and the emergency room. He spoke with both patients and their relatives in the dialysis center to understand their experience with the treatment.

    The Collector advised the medical staff to treat patients with kindness and avoid being rude. He emphasized the importance of building confidence in patients, especially those with chronic health conditions, and making sure they do not lose hope during treatment. He stated, “People should not face any problems after approaching the hospital or while receiving treatment.”

    While visiting the outpatient block, the Collector interacted with patients to get their feedback on the medical services. He also spoke to trainee doctors and reminded them to be careful and avoid making mistakes while treating patients.

    At the Immunization Center for Pregnant Women, the Collector inquired about the care provided to expectant mothers and the number of deliveries recorded each month. He also inspected the X-ray room to check the records there.

    In addition to medical services, the Collector stressed the importance of keeping the hospital clean. He instructed the health officials to organize a special cleanliness drive once a week to ensure the hospital surroundings remain litter-free.
