    The University Grants Commission – Malaviya Mission Teachers Training Centre (UGC-MMTTC) at Maulana Azad National Urdu University in Hyderabad has started an eight-day program on NEP-2020. Over 200 participants from various educational institutions across the country have joined the program.

    The program, led by Prof. Saneem Fatima, the director of UGC-MMTTC, will run until January 11. The aim of the program is to help participants understand the importance of NEP and its implications. The program will be conducted online by 111 MMTT centers and targets 15 lakh faculty members over a three-year period.

    The program aims to achieve several outcomes, including promoting holistic education, instilling Indian ethics and values, introducing the Indian knowledge system, generating new teaching ideas, developing critical thinking skills, and integrating ICT tools into the learning process.
