Hyderabad: Around 624 officers attended a one-day training program for mandal education officers at Kumaram Bheem Adivasi Bhawan in Banjara Hills.

During the training, officials from the school education department emphasized several key responsibilities. They highlighted the importance of providing quality education, ensuring that out-of-school children are enrolled, paying special attention to children with special needs, and maintaining the mid-day meal program.

Principal Secretary of Education, Burra Venkatesham, was present at the event. He stressed that every mandal officer should visit at least two schools daily. He also encouraged the introduction of innovative programs that help develop the overall character and personality of students. Venkatesham stated that students should be encouraged to join scouts and guides, and schools should form five to six student clubs. These clubs would help students gain confidence and improve their public speaking skills.
