Manda Krishna Madiga, the founder and President of MRPS, attended a meeting with Central Minister for Information L. Maurugan as part of campaigning for the Nagar Kurnool parliament constituency BJP Candidate P. Bharath Prasad. The meeting took place at MBR function hall in Ieeja.
During the meeting, Madiga emphasized the importance of the Madiga community voting for the BJP candidate to protect their self-respect by achieving SC categorization into ABCD.
He also criticized KCR for not fulfilling his promises to the Dalit community and instead prioritizing the Reddy community in his cabinet. Madiga contrasted this with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s commitment to SC categorization and giving ministerial positions to individuals from minority communities.
Madiga shared his frustration with previous leaders like Rahul Gandhi and Manmohan Singh, who had promised but failed to deliver on SC categorization. He urged voters not to support parties like BRS and Congress, which he believed had betrayed the Madiga community.
The Nagarkurnool BJP candidate Bharath Prasad also urged voters to support Modi and the BJP for SC categorization, highlighting the party’s commitment to addressing the community’s concerns. The meeting was attended by various BJP officials and community leaders.
