Man hurt in hit-and-run accident

Hyderabad: A man was injured in a hit-and-run incident near Kondapur on Tuesday.

According to the police, the victim, whose identity has not yet been confirmed, was riding his scooter from Madhapur towards Kondapur.

As he reached Kondapur, a Mercedes Benz car, reportedly being driven recklessly, hit the scooter from behind.

The collision led to an argument between the scooter rider and the occupants of the car. During the altercation, the people in the car allegedly assaulted the motorist.

The police have registered a case regarding the incident and have begun an investigation.
