In Vikarabad, a man named Nawaz attacked RTC bus driver Ramulu while he stopped the bus for breakfast. This led to a protest by the drivers, who demanded action against Nawaz. As a result, 45 buses were stopped, causing inconvenience to passengers traveling to Vikarabad, Tandur, and Hyderabad. The protesters vowed to continue their agitation until justice is served to Ramulu. RTC officials have filed a complaint with the police regarding the incident.
The incident occurred when driver Ramulu stopped the bus at Vikarabad bus stand for breakfast. Nawaz confronted the driver and conductor, who were preparing to eat inside the bus. He became angry, fearing that the delay would make the bus late. Despite the driver and conductor’s assurances that they would resume the journey in five minutes after eating, Nawaz continued to argue and eventually attacked them.
