The Home Minister of Telangana state, Mahmood Ali, gave out an award called the Maqdoom Award to people who have done great things in their lives. This happened during the celebration of Telangana state’s 10th Formation Day. The Telangana State Urdu Academy organized the event at Ravindra Bharathi in Hyderabad.
Important people like Mohammed Saleem, who is the Chairman of the Haj Committee, Government Advisor AK Khan, President of the Urdu Academy Mohammed Khaja Mujeeduddin, Secretary of the Urdu Academy Shafiullah, and other guests were there too.
