Congress Leader Mahesh Goud Criticizes BRS and BJP
Congress leader Mahesh Goud has accused the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) of misleading unemployed youth and failing to fulfill its promises. Speaking at a gathering in KCR Nagar, he highlighted that the Congress government was responsible for providing 56,000 job opportunities.
Mahesh Goud also blamed the BRS for pushing Telangana into financial trouble by accumulating heavy debts. He stated that the current Congress government now has to bear the burden of repaying interest on those loans. Additionally, he claimed that the BRS is indirectly supporting the BJP in the upcoming MLC elections.
Targeting the BJP, Mahesh Goud pointed out that despite having eight MPs and two Union Ministers from Telangana, the party had not brought any significant funds to the state. He criticized the BJP, saying that its contribution to Telangana’s development was “zero.”
His comments come at a time when political tensions are rising as parties prepare for the crucial MLC elections.
