The battle lines are drawn for the Mahabubabad Lok Sabha (ST) constituency, with the BRS and Congress already announcing their candidates. Maloth Kavitha and Balaram Naik Porika will be representing the BRS and Congress respectively, while the BJP is yet to reveal its nominee.

Former MP Azmeera Seetaram Naik is rumored to be the BJP’s potential candidate, as hinted by Union Tourism Minister G Kishan Reddy’s recent meeting with Seetaram Naik in Warangal. Seetaram Naik, who was denied a ticket by the BRS twice before, is reportedly upset with his party’s decision to field Kavitha again.

In the previous elections, BJP’s candidate Jatoth Hussain Naik received only 3 percent of the votes. This time, the BJP is searching for a stronger candidate and may opt for Seetaram Naik. Other contenders for the BJP ticket include Jatoth Hussain Naik, Yapa Seethaiah, and actress Reshma Rathore.
