Nagar Kurnool District Collector Badavath Santosh attended a special ceremony for the installation of a Hanuman idol at a newly constructed temple in Kondareddipally village, Vangoor Mandal. This village is in the Achampet constituency, which is the hometown of Chief Minister Enumula Revanth Reddy. Santosh was accompanied by Nagar Kurnool SP Gaikwad Vaibhav Raghunath during the event, where they took part in the rituals honoring Lord Hanuman.
Collector Santosh shared his happiness about being part of the ceremony. He also praised Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for personally funding the reconstruction of the temple. According to the Collector, the Chief Minister contributed around 3 crores for the project. The temple’s reopening included three days of celebrations, which focused on the installation of Lord Hanuman’s idol and the flagpole.
The idol installation was performed with grandeur, with priests chanting holy mantras. Many important people attended the event, including the Chief Minister’s brother Krishna Reddy, along with local villagers and devotees, who gathered to witness the auspicious occasion.
SP Gaikwad Vaibhav Raghunath also took part in the ceremony and offered prayers. He emphasized the importance of such events in promoting spiritual values and preserving cultural heritage within the community.
