Hyderabad – With the March 31 deadline for the 25% discount on Layout Regularization Scheme (LRS) 2020 payments fast approaching, several applicants are facing serious issues due to technical glitches and lack of support. Many citizens who have already made payments are still seeing “Fee Not Intimated” errors on the LRS portal, leaving them unable to obtain their regularization proceedings.

    Technical Issues Blocking LRS Approvals

Applicants have reported multiple problems with the LRS 2020 portal, including:

    • Payments marked as “Fee Not Intimated” despite being successfully made.
    • Genuine applications wrongly showing plots as Full Tank Level (FTL) or prohibited lands, preventing approval.
    • No response to grievances submitted on the LRS portal, leaving applicants without any resolution.
    • Lack of support from municipal offices, with staff citing portal-related issues beyond their control.

    Applicants Stuck Even After Payment

Even after completing the required payments, many plot owners are not receiving their regularization proceedings, and are showing “Fee not intimated,” which is making it impossible to proceed with registrations. As the 25% discount scheme is set to end on March 31, affected applicants are left in a helpless situation with no clear resolution in sight.
