The Hyderabad Meteorological Center has predicted light to moderate rains with thunder and lightning across Telangana for the next three days. This weather pattern is due to activity forming over the west-central south Bay of Bengal.
A weather system is currently located about 1.5 km above sea level over the Bay of Bengal and is moving towards the Andhra Pradesh coast. This, along with changes in atmospheric conditions at different heights, will cause winds to blow into Telangana from the west and northwest.
Heavy rainfall is expected on Saturday in several districts, including Janagam, Siddipet, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Medchal Malkajgiri, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak, Kamareddy, Mahabubnagar, Nagar Kurnool, Vanaparthi, Narayanapet, and Jogulamba Gadwal. On Sunday, rain is likely to continue in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Rangareddy, Mahabubnagar, Nagar Kurnool, Vanaparthi, Narayanapet, and Jogulamba Gadwal districts.
Due to these conditions, a yellow warning has been issued for these areas. Residents are advised to stay alert and prepare for possible disruptions caused by the weather.
