    Latha Gadepaka, a research scholar in Computer Science, has recently been awarded a Ph.D. by the Hyderabad Central University. Her thesis was focused on privacy preserving methods for classification and clustering of distributed data. Latha conducted her research under the guidance of Prof. Bapi Raju Surampudi. She will be receiving her doctorate award from the President of India and the Governor of Telangana on October 1.
