Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) Buildings & Factories (B&F) vertical has secured a large order from Brigade Group to construct residential and commercial towers in Hyderabad and Chennai. This marks the largest residential project received by L&T from a private customer to date.

The awarded projects include high-rise residential and commercial developments, which will redefine urban skylines in Hyderabad and Chennai.
Hyderabad Projects
1. Brigade Gateway Residences – Neopolis, Kokapet
• Two luxury residential towers
• One of the tallest buildings in Hyderabad
• Configuration: 5 Basements + Ground + 57 Floors
2. Brigade World Trade Centre – Neopolis, Kokapet
• Commercial tower over 200 meters high
• Configuration: 5 Basements + Ground + 50 Floors
• Includes retail spaces and a five-star hotel, Brigade Neopolis
• Tallest mixed-use development in Hyderabad
Chennai Projects
3. Brigade Altius
• Prestigious high-rise residential project
• Configuration: 6 Parking Levels + 39 Apartment Floors
4. Brigade Morgan Heights
• Ten luxury residential towers
• Configuration: 4 Parking Levels + Apartment Towers ranging from 11 to 21 Floors
Project Execution and Timeline
All these projects will be executed on a design-and-build basis, adhering to stringent construction timelines to ensure high-quality standards.
