The event saw enthusiastic participation from students representing various Kendriya Vidyalaya branches in Hyderabad. One of the main attractions of the day was a hands-on activity where students learned to isolate DNA from bananas. They were excited to see and hold the extracted DNA, making the experience both fun and educational.

In addition to the DNA experiment, the event included interactive sessions that kept the students engaged throughout the day. Prizes were also awarded to winners of various activities, adding to the excitement. True to its name, ‘Gyandeep,’ which means “Light of Knowledge,” the program successfully sparked curiosity and inspired young minds to explore the fascinating world of genetics.
