Hyderabad: BRS Working President KT Rama Rao said that if people give in to money and liquor during elections, they will face long-term problems. He made this statement during a press conference after filing nominations from Sircilla Assembly Constituency. Rama Rao emphasized that losing the voice of Telangana would bring difficulties to the people.
Rama Rao acknowledged that the people of Sircilla played an important role in his political journey and he has worked hard to develop the area with their support. He highlighted the progress Sircilla has made under his leadership and expressed gratitude to Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for giving him the opportunity to serve as a minister for the past nine years. Rama Rao expressed confidence in winning with a significant majority.
The BRS leader informed that the party leaders are reaching out to every household in the constituency with their manifesto. He urged the people to choose between power and the Congress party. Rama Rao questioned whether they wanted to shed tears or have access to water. He praised Chief Minister KCR for ruling without any discrimination based on religion or caste and criticized leaders who engage in divisive politics.
