    Hyderabad: The New Year started off with a special event for KT Rama Rao, the working president of the BRS party. He spent time with sanitation workers, asking about their well-being and even having lunch with them at Telangana Bhavan on Monday.

    The sanitation workers expressed their gratitude to Rao for his kind gesture. During his conversation with them, Rao mentioned the BRS government’s commitment to improving the welfare of sanitation workers. He highlighted the three-fold increase in wages that had been implemented to benefit them.

    Rao recognized the important role played by these workers in keeping towns and villages clean. The salary raise was intended to help improve their living standards and give them the recognition they deserve for their hard work. He reassured them of the BRS party’s ongoing support and promised to address their concerns diligently.

    In addition, Rao suggested that GHMC Mayor Gadwal Vijayalaxmi collaborate with the sanitation workers to tackle any issues they may be facing. The workers also raised concerns about their health and job security, requesting support from Rao to address these matters.
