BRS working president KT Rama Rao spoke at a meeting in Mustabad, Sircilla. He said that Congress Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy might follow in the footsteps of Eknath Shinde, who rebelled against Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray to become Maharashtra CM. Rao believes that Revanth Reddy will join the BJP after the Parliament elections.

Rao questioned whether the Congress Chief Minister wants Modi’s cooperation in the future, and he doubts that Rahul Gandhi will become Prime Minister. He mentioned that during the previous BRS government’s implementation of the Layout Regularisation Scheme, Congress leaders like Revanth Reddy and minister N Uttam Kumar Reddy demanded free LRS. However, after coming to power, the Congress government asked the public to pay money for LRS by March 31.

Rao announced that the BRS would hold protests across the State on Wednesday demanding the Congress government fulfill its promise of providing LRS free of cost. He expressed that people in Telangana have lost trust in the Congress government due to various issues, including power supply disruptions, water shortages, and delays in paying Rythu Bandhu money.

The Congress promised pensions and loan waivers, but these have not been implemented. Women are facing difficulties with free travel in RTC buses, leading to overcrowding and disputes over seats. Rao highlighted these concerns during his speech at the BRS workers meeting in Sircilla.
