Bharat Rashtra Samithi working president, KT Rama Rao, expressed confidence that their party will win the next assembly elections and form the government for the third time. He believes that their leader, KCR, will become the Chief Minister for a third term. KTR distributed land classification documents to beneficiaries in Hastinapuram, Hyderabad and stated that under KCR’s leadership, Hyderabad will become a cosmopolitan city.
KTR emphasized that after coming to power, they will focus on development and welfare of the people rather than continuous politics. He mentioned that one lakh double bedroom houses are ready in Hyderabad and an additional four thousand will be distributed from August 15 to October. Furthermore, three thousand families in each constituency will receive financial assistance of Rs.3 lakh under the Grilahakshmi scheme.
Addressing allegations made by the Congress party about pucca houses, KTR advised people to be wise and not believe those who disrespect KCR’s age. He also highlighted the progress in Hyderabad’s infrastructure, such as the completion of a 70 km metro rail line and plans for a 159 km metro around ORR at a low cost. Once land acquisition is completed, a 314 km metro line will be available to the public within four years.
KTR acknowledged that initially he didn’t believe everything KCR said, but he has witnessed his ability to make the impossible possible. He cited examples like achieving Telangana statehood and completing the Kaleshwaram lift irrigation project. KTR also praised KCR for solving various issues, including Nalla and Nalgonda fluoride problems, as well as Palamuru migration.
