BRS MLC K Kavitha’s husband Anil did not show up for questioning by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the Delhi liquor case despite being summoned. He sent a letter to the ED explaining his inability to attend for the next ten days. Kavitha’s brother, KT Rama Rao, and Harish Rao met with her at the ED office, but Anil did not join them.

The ED officials stated that Kavitha was taken into custody as per court orders related to the liquor case. Allegations suggest that Kavitha played a significant role in providing Rs 100 crore to AAP leaders. The ED conducted searches in multiple locations and claims that Kavitha was in contact with Sisodia, Sanjay Singh, and Vijay Nair.
