In Hyderabad, the BRS working president, KTR, accused the Congress of making 100 mistakes in its first 100 days of governance. He also claimed that farmers are facing problems that have not been seen in the past ten years.
KTR criticized the Congress government for not fulfilling the promises made to the people before the elections. He questioned why certain assurances, such as a loan waiver of Rs 2 lakh and Rs 15,000 under Rythu Bharosa, have not been implemented. He also asked about other unfulfilled promises, like a bonus of Rs 500 for paddy crops and a guarantee of Rs 2,500 per month for women.
The BRS leader raised concerns about the delay in increasing pensions to Rs 4,000 and in paying salaries on time. He also questioned why consumers have to pay the entire electricity bill if it exceeds 200 units. Additionally, he criticized the presence of Rajiv Gandhi’s statue in front of the Secretariat and accused the Congress of favoring the Central government despite its failure to fulfill promises related to the AP Reorganisation Act.
KTR suggested that the Congress’s actions could lead to Telangana facing challenges and pushed for more accountability from the government.
