    The State government of Hyderabad has launched the “Koti Vruksharchana” initiative as part of India’s Diamond Jubilee Independence Day celebrations. The goal of this initiative is to plant one crore trees and promote environmental conservation and ecological restoration across the State.

    To kickstart the initiative, Santosh Kumar, the founder of Green India Challenge and a Rajya Sabha member, along with Ministers, MPs, and other public representatives, participated in a tree-planting drive at the Forest Track Park in Manchirevula village.

    Several notable figures including Allola Indrakaran Reddy, Sabitha Indra Reddy, Patnam Mahender Reddy, and Dr Ranjith Reddy were present at the event. This initiative marks a significant step towards preserving our environment and restoring ecological balance.
