Former MLC Konda Muralidhar Rao has stated that the Warangal East constituency is underdeveloped. He addressed newly joined cadres and criticized the BRS Government for failing to address the issues faced by the people in Warangal city. Murali mentioned that development has been stagnant since 2018 and credited former minister Konda Surekha for any progress that has occurred in the constituency. He also criticized the ruling party leaders for neglecting the roads and drainage, resulting in a poor state of affairs. Murali urged the cadres to expose the false promises made by the BRS leaders, who he claimed were busy accumulating assets through land grabbing and settlements. He warned the people not to trust these leaders who are making new promises to Dalits and beedi workers. In other news, AICC observer Ravindra Uttamrao Dalvi and TPCC vice-president B Shobha Rani visited Konda Surekha to inquire about her health after she sustained minor injuries during a bike rally in Bhupalpally.
