    Union Minister G Kishan Reddy became the Telangana BJP president after taking an oath at the party office in Nampally. Former Union Minister Prakash Javadekar, Tarun Chugh, MP Bandi Sanjay, MLAs Eatala Rajender and Raghunandan Rao, as well as party leaders Vijayashanti and others, were present at the event.

    Before the oath-taking ceremony, special pujas were performed at the office and Kishan Reddy sought blessings from Vedic Scholars.

    Earlier in the day, Kishan Reddy visited the Bhagyalakshmi temple at Charminar. MLAs Eatala Rajender and Raghunandan Rao, along with other leaders, also participated in special pujas at the temple. They were joined by a large number of activists. Kishan Reddy proudly displayed a sword given to him by an activist in front of Charminar. Afterward, they attended a rally and paid tribute to the statue of Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phule in Amberpet.

    Following that, they visited the Kanakadurga temple in Bashir Bhag and took part in special pujas. They also garlanded Ambedkar’s statue on the tank bund. Finally, they paid their respects to the martyrs at the Telangana Martyrs Stupa across from the Assembly.
