A hearing took place today in the Telangana High Court regarding a writ petition filed by former Chief Minister KCR. He wants to abolish the Electricity Commission that was set up to investigate power purchases from Chattisgarh. KCR’s lawyer argued that the commission was created against the rules and should be removed.

During the hearing, the High Court questioned the need for an inquiry by the Judicial Commission. The Court suggested that the inquiry report should be discussed in the assembly before any further action is taken.

The High Court has postponed the next hearing on KCR’s petition until tomorrow. This case has garnered a lot of public interest, and many stakeholders are waiting eagerly for the Court’s decision.
