K Chandrashekar Rao, the chief of BRS, asked people to give his party 14 seats so he can become the Prime Minister of the country. He made this statement during a press conference at Telangana Bhavan. Rao said there’s nothing wrong with aiming to become Prime Minister and he would accept the opportunity if it arises. He believes regional parties will play a significant role in national politics and predicted that BJP won’t exceed 200 seats.

Rao also mentioned his plans to unite parties and form a front after the elections. He criticized leaders who left the party, calling them part of the “Power Flower gang.” Rao believes these individuals joined other parties for personal gains. He targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi, calling his rule ineffective and full of slogans.

The BRS chief disagreed with Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge’s suggestion of making Hyderabad India’s second capital. He criticized Modi’s comments on Muslim reservations and claimed that many Congress MLAs were willing to join his party. Rao also addressed the issue of phone tapping, questioning the need for such activities by the government.

Rao accused Modi of targeting him and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal out of personal grudges. He brushed off a liquor case against his party, mentioning retaliatory actions taken by BJP. Despite these challenges, Rao expressed confidence that his party would come out clean. He promised to attend the next Assembly session and showcase his true self as KCR.
