BRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao helped the family of martyr constable Kishtaiah, who died for Telangana State’s formation. Kishtaiah’s son and daughter were young when he died. KCR supported the family, ensuring their well-being and providing financial aid for Kishtaiah’s daughter’s MBBS education. Priyanka, Kishtaiah’s daughter, finished her MBBS and is now pursuing post-graduation studies. KCR gave a Rs 24 lakh cheque to the family in Nandi Nagar and had lunch with them.

During the visit, KCR also asked about Rahul, Kishtaiah’s son, and his job. He told Rahul and Priyanka that their mother worked hard to educate them after their father’s sacrifice. KCR promised to help the family whenever they need it. He emphasized their responsibilities and the importance of supporting their mother. Kishtaiah’s family thanked KCR for his assistance and called him the head of their household.
