The campaigning for Lok Sabha polls in BRS has intensified, with leaders targeting the ruling party for unfulfilled promises. BRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao started a bus yatra, while senior leaders like KT Rama Rao and T Harish Rao are campaigning in different districts.
Former minister T Harish Rao has been organizing meetings with party leaders and participating in corner meetings. He challenged Chief Minister on loan waiver implementation, sparking controversy. BRS leader criticized the government for not fulfilling promises like providing gold under Kalyana Lakshmi scheme and farmer loan waivers.
BRS working president KT Rama Rao is addressing roadshows and meetings, preparing the cadre for polling. He is campaigning with candidates during nomination filings, advocating for political dominance with 10 seats. Rama Rao targets BJP’s track record, alleging lack of support for Hyderabad’s development.
K Kavitha, another star campaigner, is absent as she faces charges in the Delhi Liquor Policy case. Other party leaders, including former ministers and MLAs, are actively campaigning for candidates. Campaigning will intensify as nomination filing ends, leading up to polling on May 13.
