In Hyderabad, BRS chief KCR acknowledged that winning and losing in elections is normal. He stated that BRS lost the assembly elections due to public opposition against the MLAs. KCR provided guidance to party members on how to move forward after the assembly elections and prepare for the Lok Sabha elections.
Despite public disapproval of the MLAs, KCR explained that there are situations where changing candidates is not possible. He mentioned that even though the public favored the BJP government’s performance, opposition towards the MLAs impacted the election results. KCR recalled his experiences in the Telugu Desam Party and how he predicted the party’s defeat to NTR.
Comparisons are being made between the schemes implemented during Congress’s tenure and BRS’s time in power. KCR recommended spreading awareness about the Congress party’s unfulfilled promises to the public before the elections. He expressed optimism that people will support BRS again with Congress’s policies. KCR emphasized the importance of all leaders working towards the success of candidates in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
