K Kavitha, a member of the BRS and an MLC, is unlikely to attend the Enforcement Directorate’s money laundering case for the next three weeks due to a leg injury. Kavitha shared on Twitter that she had suffered an Avulsion fracture and was advised to rest for three weeks by her doctors. She added that her office would be available for any assistance or communication. Kavitha is currently being questioned in the alleged Delhi liquor scam. Avulsion fracture is a condition where a bone fragment is pulled away from its main body by soft tissue attached to it, which can prevent individuals from participating in sports and requires rest. Kavitha may consider holding Zoom meetings for party leaders and activists during this time.
