BRS MLC Kavitha, who is involved in the liquor scam case, had her judicial custody extended until July 25. She was first put in judicial custody on July 1 and appeared before the court via video conference after 24 days.
The Rouse Avenue court listened to arguments through video conference and decided to adjourn the hearing until July 25. Kavitha was brought before the court by jail officials, and the extension of her custody was approved.
Kavitha will continue to be in custody until the next hearing on July 25.
