    MLC K Kavitha has advised district authorities in Nizamabad to support the people in low-lying and flood-affected areas due to heavy rains. She had a telephonic review with District Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanuman and emphasized the need for immediate action to ensure that the people are not inconvenienced.

    Kavitha appealed to the BRS cadre to visit the affected areas and provide relief work. She asked them to contact the authorities for help and cooperation. She also gave suggestions on issues such as water release from the SRSP project, problems faced by people in inland areas, and relief measures.

    The BRS MLC stated that steps should be taken urgently to restore medical, food, electricity, and road facilities. She advised people to reach out to the government’s control rooms if they encounter any problems, and assured them that her office is also available to help.

    Kavitha mentioned that she will inform CM KCR about the relief measures and work towards resolving them promptly.
