Hyderabad: BRS MLC K Kavitha criticized TPCC Chief Revanth Reddy’s comments on restricting power supply, saying it proves that the Congress party’s Farmer’s Declaration was fake. Kavitha spoke to reporters during a protest at Vidyut Soudha, stating that farmers had faced difficulties under Congress rule for 60 years. She mentioned that there is no Rythu Bandhu scheme anywhere else in the country and that others are now copying KCR’s scheme. Kavitha emphasized the importance of providing quality power to make farmers happy, highlighting that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is delivering on this with quality power and water from Kaleshwaram.

Kavitha further stated that Revanth Reddy’s words indicate that the Congress party’s farmer declaration was fake. She pointed out that Revanth Reddy has been part of both TDP and Congress, and neither party provided proper electricity to farmers. Kavitha questioned why Congress leaders are upset when farmers are receiving 24-hour power supply. She urged the people to confront Revanth Reddy if he visits any village and claims that three hours of power supply is enough. Kavitha demanded an immediate apology from Revanth Reddy to the farmers.
