    MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha from Hyderabad has stated that the Telangana government’s transparent policies have attracted $47 billion in investments over the past nine years, resulting in the creation of 30 lakh jobs. Kavitha made these remarks at the swearing-in ceremony of Mattam Bhikshapati, who has been appointed as the Chairman of the State Trade Promotion Corporation. She praised Bhikshapati’s hard work and stated that he serves as evidence of what can be accomplished.

    Kavitha emphasized that the Telangana government is a frontrunner in industrial development within the country. Despite the replacement of government jobs, she highlighted the creation of lakhs of jobs in the private sector. Kavitha credited the state’s industrial policy’s success to its transparency and the government’s efforts in creating a favorable business environment.

    Kavitha also highlighted the significance of the State Trade Promotion Corporation in promoting exports from Telangana. She mentioned that the corporation has played a vital role in assisting businesses in exporting their products globally. Over the past few years, the corporation’s revenue has increased from Rs 30 crore to Rs 130 crore. Kavitha expressed confidence that the corporation’s revenue will further rise to Rs 1500 crore in the near future. She commended Bhikshapati’s leadership abilities and wished him success in his new role.
