Housing and Minority Welfare Minister Zameer Ahmed Khan stated that if Congress comes to power in Telangana, they will implement six guarantees within 24 hours. He made this announcement during an open campaign meeting for candidate Anjan Kumar Yadav in Musheerabad Assembly Constituency. Khan praised Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s governance in Karnataka and assured that Congress will provide similar pro-people governance in Telangana. He expressed confidence in the party’s chances of winning and dismissed the accusations made by the BRS. Khan also highlighted that Congress is the hope for all classes, including Muslims and the minority community.
The meeting was attended by Minister Bose Raju, Dr MC Sudhakar, Chief Minister’s Political Secretary Naseer Ahmed, Chief Whip Ajay Singh, Former Minister Raghuveer Reddy, Leaders Mansoor Ali Khan, Ayaz Khan, Fazal Khan.
