The Karimnagar District Cooperative Central Bank (DCCB) has won the prestigious National Federation of State Cooperative Banks limited (NAFSCOB)’s All-India second best DCCB and first best DCCB awards for its performance in the years 2020-21 and 2021-22. This is the seventh consecutive year that the Karimnagar DCCB has won the all-India award among all the 393 DCCBs in the country. The CEO of Karimnagar DCCB, N Satyanarayana, will receive the awards at a function in Jaipur, Rajasthan on September 26.
The Karimnagar DCCB has been winning the NAFSCOB annual performance awards since the financial year 2015-2016. They won the all-India second prize in 2015-16, third prize in 2016-17, second prize in 2017-18, and first prize in 2018-19. With the latest awards for 2020-21 and 2021-22, the Karimnagar DCCB has now won a total of seven NAFSCOB awards. The DCCB CEO expressed gratitude to NABARD CGM Susheela Chinthala, senior officers of NABARD, TSCAB managing director N Muralidhar, CGM and senior officers of TSCAB for their support.
The team at KDCCB, under the leadership of Chairman Konduru Ravinder Rao, has proven their commitment to performance and achievement. The CEO also thanked the chairman, MC members, presidents, directors, staff of societies, DR/OSD and sales officers staff of the bank, and customers for their role in winning these awards year after year since 2015-16. He expressed his appreciation to all the staff members and emphasized their dedication to continuing to register growth in business and be a beacon for Cooperative Central Banks in India and beyond.
In addition to the Karimnagar DCCB’s success, the Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society (PACS) Choppadandi in Karimnagar district also won the NAFSCOB first prize for the best performing PACS in the country for the financial year 2021-22. The Choppadandi PACS had previously won NAFSCOB national awards in the financial years 2017-18, 2018-19, and 2019-20.
