Leaders from the BJP, including Shadnagar Incharge Nelli Srivardhan Reddy, have shown their support for Junior Panchayat Secretaries (JPS) and Outsource Panchayat Secretaries (OPS). These secretaries have been protesting for six days at the Farooqnagar Mandal Parishad office. During the event, Reddy criticised the State government for not fulfilling its promises to JPS after coming into power. He also condemned unfair practices such as the leakage of question papers and the denial of proper rights to existing employees. Additionally, he pointed out that job notifications for unemployed people were absent.

Reddy stressed the importance of regularising JPS and OPS positions to ensure job security. He also advocated for support to be given to the family of a deceased JPS who was involved in a road accident. Reddy urged everyone to unite and continue fighting against the State government until three demands are met. These demands include regularising positions, providing job security, and supporting the deceased JPS’s family.
