    Hyderabad, July 11 (Namaste Telangana): Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has announced good news for junior panchayat officials. He has decided to regularize their actions based on their qualifications and capabilities. They have been ordered to follow guidelines and take necessary actions. On Tuesday, CM KCR conducted a high-level review meeting at the secretariat. In this context, he praised the role of panchayat officials in rural development. He congratulated them on receiving national awards for their agricultural achievements. He expressed the desire for continuous agricultural progress by panchayat officials. In this path, they have been instructed to take steps in the direction of regularizing their actions by C.S. Shanthi Kumar, Principal Secretary of Panchayat Raj Department, and Commissioner Hanmanth Rao.

    To ensure cleanliness and hygiene in villages, the government has made it mandatory for panchayat officials to practice waste management, cultivate gardens, and protect them. Besides these responsibilities, the government has entrusted them with various other duties. They have been directed to fulfill these objectives in a phased manner by the district-level committee. The ministers K.T. Rama Rao, Jagadish Reddy, Satyavathi Rathod, V. Vinod Kumar, MLC Madhusudhanachari, Raviendra Rao of Takellapalli, MLC Balasuman, Jeevan Reddy, Sunku Ravishankar, Chief Advisor to the Government Rajiv Sharma, C.S. Shanthi Kumar, C.M.O Chief Secretary Narsinga Rao, C.E.O Smriti Sabarwal, Bhoopala Reddy, Rajasekhar Reddy, Revenue Chief Secretary Navin Mittal, Panchayat Raj Secretary Sandeep Kumar Sultania, Panchayat Raj Commissioner Hanmantha Rao, R&B Engineer Ganapathi Reddy, EE Shashidhar, Secretary General of Secretariat Employees Association Narendra Rao, Deputy Secretary Nethi Mang, Usef Mia, Veda Pandits Gopikrishna Sharma, Kalvakuntla Vamshi Dhar Rao, and others have also participated in the review.

    Decision on VRO Recruitment

    Chief Minister KCR has decided to discuss with VROs about their qualifications and capabilities and consider their promotions to other branches along with salary hikes. The discussions with VROs have begun from Wednesday with the participation of Minister KT Rama Rao. The decision-making process has been made clear. CS Shanthi Kumar has been ordered to use the services of VROs based on the recommendations of the sub-committee. The decision taken by CM KCR regarding the promotions and salary hikes of VROs has brought great joy. The decision to grant promotions and salary hikes to VROs based on their qualifications is considered a major achievement. The government has issued a notification stating that either one or two VROs should be promoted. In addition, CM KCR has launched the book ‘Chief Ministers Schedule Tribe Entrepreneurship and Innovation Scheme (CMSTIEI)’ by Vijayagathala Publishers.
